Formal Degree and diploma is positively one of the most significant leverage for a successful career. In an IT space several well-known personalities who lead the industry have defied the common perception that one need a degree to be successful in career. The big players in industry who have triggered revolutions in IT are living testimony to this fact. It is often said that when passion gets wedded to commitment and smart work no challenge can defy the possibility of triumph. Interestingly this scenario is not unfamiliar to Kerala. The youthful exuberance of passionate professionals in IT despite of unsuccessful college days is quite common in Kerala. If not weighted as fortune or miracle such events are frequently happening in our industrial scenario of Kerala. The instance of highly successful professionals in IT though they had to leave the college with many issues like back papers, career gaps are not few.
