Outcome Based Education (OBE)
IPSR has implemented Outcome Based Education methodology for all the regular and ITFS courses. Outcome Based education (OBE) is a methodology of training, in which each part of training focuses on certain goals (outcomes). By the end of any training in IPSR, each student should have attained a certain level of goals.
Program Outcome (PO)
A learner who successfully completes any long duration training program from IPSR will have the ability to
PO 1: (Domain Knowledge) Apply the knowledge of technology, science and engineering concepts to the solution of complex problems related to the work environment
PO 2: (Problem Solving) Identify, formulate and analyze complex technological problems associated with the workspace and reach substantiated conclusions using the basic principles of technology to which it is related
PO 3: (Modern tool Usage) Create, Select and apply appropriate techniques, resources and IT tools to complex situation in the work environment with an understanding of limitations
PO 4: (Individual and teamwork) Demonstrate ability to function as an individual and as a member or leader in diverse teams and in interdisciplinary settings
PO 5: (Productive) Maintain productive habits like Adaptability, Flexibility, Time Management, Positive attitude, Self Learning, Up-Skilling and Continuous Learning
