2020 was a horrifying year that distorted the entire ways and means of life of the entire humanity. It has posed a devastating effect to the entire global community and industry making a big blow on the world economy and employment opportunities. But it is a natural phenomenon that when some activities crash down there will be some that rise up, this is really the driving force of existence in any catastrophe. Hopefully, there will be always a possible element during all impossible situations. Obviously, this is the success mantra of “A Job A Day” campaign led by IPSR.
Despite all the adverse situation and bottleneck job opportunities worldwide during the pandemic situation IPSR could explore the possible strong area of job openings and brought it to the advantage of the job seekers. From January to December A Job A day campaign could provide information about one job on every working day without fail. Hence on every 297 working days of 2020, the campaign could list a new job in the IT space, thus making a total of 297 listings during the entire span of the year.
Job Opportunities in MNC on par with Non MNC
Digging into the opportunities form the listed jobs of IPSR campaign, it’s worthy to note that the opportunities in the MNC (46%) is keeping a close alignment with the opportunities in Non-MNC (54%). This will be a positive sign for the job seekers to aim an MNC for actualization of their dream career.
Technology wise Linux based opportunity is in rise
Opportunities in Linux based platforms were abundant. It extended through various job roles like System Administrators, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineers, Technical Support engineers. It is worthwhile to note that more such openings were with MNC.
