Facilities and training has been very good at IPSR kottayam. The trainer especially is very knowledgeable and good at teaching. I highly recommend him as a teacher. For new students, it is wise to advice reading into the topics related to Linux and subjects surrounding it as part of their studies as this will be very useful during interviews. As I well know, reading further into topics can be difficult while studying the course, therefore I suggest incorporating wider reading as part of the course. A discussion of a topic (such as different types of Linux – Ubuntu, FreeBSD, CentOS etc, what is the IP protocol – its layers and protocols of interest at each layer) every week/twice a week in class after telling them to carry out wider reading of a particular topic will be the best way to implement this.
