I joined IPSR Solutions Ltd., Kottayam as an ITFS student in PHP. Initially, it was difficult for me to catch up with the topics, but from the initial stage itself, my faculties helped me to build a developer in me. They not only trained me in technically but also in general topics too. At the beginning stages, it was very difficult for me for solve general aptitude and was having difficulty in managing time. But my trainers helped me and now I can solve any problem within one minute. These are because of the continuous aptitude tests in both technical and general topics that I went through and it improved our logical reasoning skills too. I achieved this success because of my faculties, I am really thankful for the guidance my trainers have provided.
IPSR also helped us in our personality development, the HR department holds the complete credit for these. They conducted mock interviews, communication skill development classes, GD etc. which made us more confident. I am really thankful to Dr. Mendus Sir our CEO, for being there to motivate us. I’m really happy to be a part of IPSR. Now I got placed at Syntrio Technologies, it is because of the training I have taken from IPSR. People at IPSR are not business-minded types, it’s a company having good values. I strongly recommend my colleagues and friends to join IPSR for an internship. I thank IPSR for helping me to achieve my goal.
