Sailaj V P Completed his B.Tech Electronics & Communication in 2012. After his graduation he took nearly 1.5 years to clear his backlogs.
During this period he missed a lot of opportunities and found it hard to get a job.
He was brought up from an atmosphere where most of the people prefer only Bank or Government Jobs.
There were less B.Tech graduates in his village, and he was one among them. At the same time he was also passionate about Networking.
But, like everyone else, he also planned to apply for bank jobs and started working for it.
But, unfortunately, it didn’t work out. Again he lost one more year.
Due to financial struggles, he had to work for four years abroad.
The life journey abroad was not easy for him. He encountered a fearfully difficult situation with that working atmosphere, but he survived it.
He strongly suggests to everyone that without grabbing additional knowledge in any particular technology there is no scope or career growth abroad.
After 4 years he returned to India by losing all his hope. He even started to blame everyone that it was a waste of time to take B.Tech graduation because he didn’t reach his success for nearly 8 years.
Sailaj was always passionate about networking so he started to research about the growth and upcoming trends in IT.
One of his seniors, who was already an IPSR student and currently working in Active Lobby, suggested him to choose the Linux Training Program in IPSR for his career growth.
Due to his career gap he didn’t even understand the basics of Linux. But with the assistance of trainers & experts from the Linux training Team he started to overcome all those hurdles.
He was provided with different tasks and the trainers helped him day and night. All these efforts helped him to grab an opportunity in Active Lobby as Junior System Engineer.
Now he says, his life has changed a lot while he compares it with his past experiences. He feels his life has reached a standard level and now he is enjoying his career & personal life with his strong passion.
