Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or refunds are approved on a case to case basis at the discretion of the management

  • However, the following general conditions shall apply for cancellations and refunds.

Training

Cancellations Prior to Course

If for some reason you’re unable to join the course or would like to request a cancellation before the start of the program, we will proceed with a refund. Please note that the processing charges are non-refundable.

Days prior to the course date % Refund

More than 2 business days 100%

2 business days or within 70%

Withdrawals During Course

If you don’t see the value you expected in our training, and you wish to withdraw within the first twenty-four hours of starting the course, you will be eligible for a 70% refund. However, once the batch has proceeded into the second day of training, you will not qualify for any refund.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your details (Order Id, Name, Phone No), including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
