Exam Options
You have two options for taking your exam: remotely from your preferred location or on-site at our IPSR Cochin testing center. Both options include live proctoring.
Option 1: Remote Exam from Home or Wherever You Are:
- Setup Instructions: Once you schedule the exam, you will receive an email from Red Hat with detailed instructions to set up your own testing station.
- Proctoring: The exam will be remotely monitored by a Red Hat test proctor to ensure exam integrity and compliance with testing policies.
Option 2: Individual Testing Station at IPSR Cochin:
- Preconfigured System: A system with all the necessary functionality for the exam will be provided at the IPSR Cochin location.
- Proctoring: Like the remote option, the exam will be monitored by a Red Hat test proctor.
Benefits of Individual Exams
- Flexibility: These exams provide extra time for study and are designed to fit around your busy schedule, allowing you to choose a time that works best for you.
- Convenience: The KOALA setup at IPSR Cochin provides a ready-to-use environment, minimising setup hassles and technical issues.
After the Exam
- Results: You can expect to receive your exam results within five business days.
- Retake Policy:If you are unsuccessful on your first attempt, you are eligible for a free retake. The retake option will appear in your scheduling application after your initial exam results are reported. Schedule the retake using the same process as the initial exam.
- Certification Badge: Upon passing, you'll receive a badge through Credly that can be shared on social media, showcasing your achievement.

- Exam Scheduler: In the exam scheduler, search for "Kochi" and select IPSR as the centre to schedule your exam.
- Available Exams: Take any Red Hat exams EX200, EX294, EX188, EX280, EX380, EX480, EX374, EX467,EX316, EX403, EX442...etc .individually at your convenient time with KOALA Setup at IPSR Cochin.
