From Ecosystems to Enterprise Clouds: How Aiswarya Pivoted Her Career with the ITFS Cloud and DevOps Track at ipsr solutions limited
“I had no background in IT. But I had ambition. IPSR gave me direction.” — Aiswarya Anilkumar
When Aiswarya Anilkumar graduated with an MSc in Environmental Science from IGNOU, she thought her career path was set. But as she looked closer at the evolving job market, one truth became increasingly clear: the future was digital. Despite having no prior experience in Linux or system administration, Aiswarya made the bold decision to switch fields—an unconventional move that would transform her career trajectory.
The Turning Point: Why ITFS?
Aiswarya chose IPSR not just for a certification, but for a complete transformation. She enrolled in the IT Finishing School (ITFS): Cloud and DevOps Track at ipsr solutions limited, a programme designed to take absolute beginners and prepare them for high-demand roles in the IT industry.
The Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) was one part of this rigorous training track, which also covered cloud platforms, automation tools, and DevOps technologies, building a robust, job-oriented skill set. What drew her to IPSR were the rave reviews on social media and the visible success stories of learners like her.
“What really convinced me were the success stories. People like me, with no tech background, were thriving in IT after IPSR’s training. That gave me hope.”
Learning from Scratch: The IPSR Experience
Aiswarya joined IPSR with no prior knowledge of Linux. But what she found was a structured, hands-on learning ecosystem that didn’t just train—it transformed.
Expert Mentorship: Trainers like Amal Kumar G broke down complex topics with clarity and patience. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and experienced. They explained complex topics in a simple manner and were always available to clear doubts, even outside class hours.
Teaching Methodology: The teaching methodology at IPSR was highly practical and student-focused. Concepts were explained clearly with real-time demonstrations, followed by hands-on lab sessions.
Live Labs: She wasn’t just watching; she was doing—configuring servers, resolving errors, setting up containers. The hands-on lab sessions were one of the most valuable parts of the training. They allowed her to apply what she learnt in real time and develop practical troubleshooting skills essential in a job environment.
Course Content: The course content was well-structured and aligned with industry standards. It covered all the essential RHCSA topics in depth, helping Aiswarya build a solid foundation in Linux system administration.
Study Materials: The resources provided were comprehensive and easy to follow, serving as a reliable guide throughout the course and a valuable reference during RHCSA exam preparation.
Beyond RHCSA: The ITFS Cloud and DevOps Track didn’t stop at Linux. It also covered DevOps, Ansible, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git—building a full-stack operations mindset that prepared her for cloud-centric roles.
“It wasn’t just theory. I was solving real-world scenarios that mirrored what I now face in my job.”
Outcome: RHCSA Certified and Placed at Zoho Corp
On December 9, 2024, Aiswarya passed her RHCSA exam. By May 19, 2025, she joined Zoho Corp, Chennai, as an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer—a role that demands exactly the skills she built at IPSR.
Her day-to-day? System administration. Service management. Cloud troubleshooting. All grounded in her RHCSA foundation.
"My current job is highly relevant to the skills I gained through the RHCSA certification. I regularly use Linux commands, manage system services, and troubleshoot issues—just as we practised during training. The ITFS course provided the strong foundation I needed for this role."
Looking Ahead: A Cloud-Powered Dream
Aiswarya is not stopping here. Her dream is clear: to grow into the role of Senior Cloud Operations Engineer.
“The RHCSA certification played a key role by strengthening my Linux skills, which are essential in managing cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting system-level issues in my current role.”
The IPSR Edge: From Non-Tech to Tech-Forward
Aiswarya’s journey is not just about changing careers—it’s about unlocking potential. From no prior Linux exposure to a hands-on technical role in one of India’s top IT firms, her story is a powerful case of reinvention through structured learning and expert mentorship.
“My experience with the ITFS certification and IPSR was truly rewarding. The training was well-structured, practical, and aligned with real industry needs. IPSR’s supportive environment, expert instructors, and placement assistance helped me build a strong foundation in Linux and land my current role. I would definitely recommend IPSR to anyone looking to start or grow their career in system administration.”
If you think it’s too late or too difficult to shift your path, Aiswarya’s story says otherwise. It’s never too late to start—and it’s never too soon to transform.
