IPSR has given me a new experience in my life. I had never imagined that I would get placed in an MNC like Allianz with back papers. I found it really hard to communicate with others in the beginning even though I had good communication skill. But I was able to overcome that trouble/fear with the help of my faculties and friends at IPSR.
