Dr. Sijo Thomas, MCA, MPhil, PhD, an accomplished professional, has 12+ years of experience in the industry and has been actively involved in academia for six years. He holds a Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, underscoring his expertise and commitment to advancing knowledge in this dynamic field. With a strong academic background, including an M.Phil. and a gold medal in his Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Dr. Sijo has established himself as an expert in system design, artificial intelligence, and web development. Dr. Sijo has also successfully completed multiple funded research projects, showcasing his research acumen and innovation.

Currently serving as Associate Professor and Director, Educational Research and Development, Marian College, Kuttikkanam (Autonomous) and Chief of Academics, ipsr solutions limited.Dr. Sunil Job has 30+ years of experience in teaching and 10+ years in corporate consultancy. He holds a PhD in Mathematical Education and has been an Associate Professor at M.G. University, College of Teacher Education from 1999. He has started his career as Assistant Professor at Karmela Rani Training College, Kollam. He has served as Visiting Team Member of NCTE for grant of recognition and as a resource person for the affiliation renewal committee of M.G. Dr. Brijesh George John, PGDMM, M.Sc., MBA, Ph.D, Dy GM of IPSR and head, IPSR Placement division is a reputed Soft Skills Trainer, Motivational Trainer, YouTuber and Columnist. He also serves as Associate Professor & Head – Corporate Relations, Marian College, Kuttikkanam and Chairman of Placement Officer’s Consortium in Kerala – CTIPS.He has 20+ years experience in HR, Teaching, and Training & Development in India and abroad. He has been a resource person for different organisations including Mahatma Gandhi University, Malayala Manorama, ICT Academy of Kerala and Mathrubhumi. He has conducted training workshops in more than 75 colleges in South India. In 2010, he was selected as the Team member of Rotary International Group Study Exchange Programme to Brazil and Turkey.
