Meet Mr. Vishnukanth,
He completed his B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering back in 2018. After his graduation, due to family problems, he missed many Job opportunities. After one year of a career gap, he started searching for opportunities and tried to get a job in various fields. He even worked in different locations.
Finally, he joined the Telecom Industry as Junior NOC Engineer in Kochi in 2019. His responsibility was related to Voice Over Internet Protocol where he was handling the routing process.
That was his first step where his passion switched to Linux. He wished to learn about Redhat and its importance.
NOC Engineers are responsible for the maintenance and setting up of various network systems. But, there is a need for evolution in technology too. This passion & dream in Linux pushed him to reach IPSR.
He came to know about IPSR through one of his friends. He suggested if you are seriously looking for a platform to learn, the right place to choose is IPSR. He started inquiring more about IPSR and its training programs and found out that IPSR is an institute that trains students for professional certifications in IT along with living projects and outcome-based education methods.
He joined IPSR during this pandemic situation and started to learn more about Red hat Linux through Learn-from-home.
He was trained by our TrainingTeam by providing different tasks to be done. He found it very difficult to clear the task which was given through LMS. With the help of our expert trainers, he started to engage in self-directed research and improved his knowledge in order to do the assigned tasks. LMS Service helped him to gather more information fast and easily. He learned more by watching video tutorials. And converted knowledge into actionable results.
While others were facing challenges to get placed during the Pandemic. He took the right decision to develop his knowledge on the trending Open Source field.

Within a few months, he was thrilled to get placed in the Active Lobby team as Junior System Engineer
