Saikripa is from Kozhikode and graduated with a B.Sc. Electronics degree in 2018. She was unable to get the job she desired. So, after completing her graduation, she spent nearly two years preparing for PSC/SSC.
Then, there was the Covid-19 lockdown. During that period, one of her friends got placed, and she learned about ipsr solutions limited. She conducted extensive research before enrolling in the online classes.
The Biggest Challenge
Offline classes were unavailable due to the lockdown. However, the faculty made it easy for her to learn with the same impact that offline classes would deliver. Also, the abrupt transition from PSC/SSC coaching to RHCE online training required careful planning.
Her classes were in the evenings, and she attended them and began learning step by step. She later became interested in Red Hat Linux Course. Sreeraj, her mentor, taught her, starting from the basics, and cleared every doubt she had. She also did her own lab practice based on her knowledge.
Saikripa is currently assigned to EPI-USE Kochi as a Cloud Professional. She was able to get the career she wanted thanks to her IPSR journey. She is grateful to the IPSR team and faculty members.

The industrial data provided by the mentor in real-world scenarios aided her greatly in completing her RHCE training. Her mentor’s feedback on the project assignments, assisted her in identifying the various areas for improvement. “The mentors were extremely helpful in delegating tasks among the team members, reviewing work, and getting the best out of the team,” she says.
