From the World of Mathematics to the World of Advancing IT-Sector
Let’s have a look into the journey of our student Namitha Kumari……
Namitha Kumari had always hoped to work in IT, but she ended up majoring in mathematics and continued her education. Later in her career, she was reminded of an old dream of working in the IT sector.
Namitha had a strong desire to learn more about the IT field. As a result, she decided to take a career break. During her break, Namitha looked for the best institution that could help to land her dream job in the IT field with the help of her brother. They discovered IPSR after extensive research.
Namitha was able to achieve her goals thanks to her dedication and hard work, as well as the thorough teaching techniques and mentorship provided by IPSR.
The Biggest Challenge….
Being new to the world of IT there were vast amounts of opportunities lying ahead of her. In desire of learning more she decided to learn RHCE Certification from IPSR after researching different courses and career opportunities.
Learning was paced according to her convenience to understand deeply. She learned from the basics to get more knowledge in the subject. Namitha said that ” it’s never too late to start working to achieve your dreams“.
She’s grateful to her family and the faculty at IPSR for providing her opportunity to upskill herself and supporting her through this journey. Namitha is currently placed in Nixtree as Junior System Engineer Trainee.

The industrial data that the mentor had provided in real-case situations helped her enormously in finishing her RHCE Training. Her mentor’s reviews on the project assignments helped her perceive the various areas for improvement.
