Merin Elsa Ben
Switching one’s career interest is not that much easy, but Merin Elsa Ben from Kottayam did it. Soon after completing her degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a well reputed college in Kerala, she joined for an Electrical related course in Ernakulam but she was not able to find any job related to that course. Then she decided to shift her career to Computer Science. She came to know about IPSR through her friend and she joined for JAVA course at IPSR.
As the trainers taught her from the basics, she was able to catch up everything and apart from the syllabus she gave importance to aptitude training and interview preparation provided by IPSR. After completing her Java course from IPSR, she attended her first interview in Bangalore. Since she got a good support from trainers, technical round including machine test was not an obstacle for her and she was able to crack the interview easily. Now Merin is working as a Software Engineer in Bangalore with a good salary package.
Merin had 1 year career gap, but she managed to get a job in a reputed company through IPSR. She made the right decision at the right time.
