Surprisingly, in the contemporary scenario of jobs especially in IT, a bizarreness of conviction concerning career gaps, diversified stream etc pops in and which restrict an aspirant to peruse the right decision in fixing a job. However from the past experiences it is evident that an IT Job is always at a tangible height for any aspirant who seeks to define themselves in an IT space and what needed is just a high rate of right conviction and proper guidance. Ms. Nisha Wilson, B.Tech ( IT) graduate
She is a B.Tech graduate in IT,2011 passout, after BTech she went to Maldives there she worked as in instructor in school, after 2 years she returned to kerala and she joined ipsr in January 2014 ,inspite of her Career gap of 3 years she got job in Aucupa solutions Kochi as PHP developer
Ms. Varsha Nair, B.Tech (IT) graduate
Varsha Nair has completed Java course and internship from ipsr, Cochin. She has done her B.Tech in Information Technology and had 5 years gap after her academics. Our finishing school programmes helped her boost her confidence and fine tuned her skills and she was placed in Acelr,Palarivattom as Junior Developer.
Mr. Hisham M.H, B.Tech (CS) graduate
Being not able to find a suitable career while working at Kerala State IT Mission, he chose IPSR to lead him to a right path in his career. Inspite of being a 2012 passout in computer science engineering with 2 years career gap he got placed at Syslint Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Despite being from a different steam. Sanu Varkey was successful in getting placed in an IT sector without any difficulty.

She joined IPSR for PHP internship. First she was very week in Aptitude she missed 2 or three interviews at the early stage because of the aptitude and then she started working on it she did all the aptitude test which was assigned to her from the E portal and she started gaining good marks finally after the course and internship she got a god job ,it all happened because of ITFS and the ELearning portal

Completed php course and internship from ipsr,Cochin.Aptitude test sessions and Placement orientation Programs at Ipsr helped him to improve his confidence level.Despite his year gap and arrears, a number of opportunities were provided to him and he was successfully placed in Fospe Software as Software Engineer.
