IPSR has Successfully Organized an Interactive Event in Clubhouse under the Club “IT Jobs Kerala’’
Ever since the pandemic, there has been tremendous scope in the IT sector, resulting in infinite career opportunities. The information technology industry is growing at a faster pace and this industry has the highest contribution to the country’s economic development, which proves the growing demand for IT professionals in various industries. But there are a lot of young and experienced talents out there, who are still unemployed. This is due to the lack of inadequate information regarding Job vacancies, career advancement opportunities etc.
This led to the beginning of a wonderful initiative by IPSR to share valuable information with the IT aspirants through the Clubhouse Platform. The Club ‘IT Jobs Kerala’ was created with an aim to provide information regarding IT/ITes Job vacancies and notifications, Career guidance, Interactions with IT industry experts, etc. We successfully organized an interactive event in Clubhouse under the club “IT Jobs Kerala’’ along with the National and International Experts of the IT industry as the speakers in the room.
Heartfelt thanks to all the eminent IT experts who joined us – Dr K C Chandrasekharan Nair, Mr Manoj K Cyriac, Mr Sreenivas Prasad, Mr Sajith Jacob, Mr Lijo Joy, Mr Sijo Thomas, Dr Mendus Jacob, Dr Sunil Job KA, Dr Brijesh George John.
Dr Kc Chandrasekharan is the Founder CEO of Technopark TBI, Super Mentor – Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Niti Ayog, Government of India. He has a PhD in Incubation & Entrepreneurship. He is having 40 years of experience in Finance and Quality Certification and now he is serving as a full-time Mentor to STARTUPs. Chandrasekharan Sir enriched our knowledge about the opportunities in Startups and their scope.
Mr Manoj K Cyriac is the Founder and Managing Partner, Affecto Consulting Services LLP, Bengaluru. He worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture India. He has conducted AI, ML, and Data Analytics training programs for Students and Working professionals. Manoj Sir clearly explained the importance of data in the IT industry and the scope of data analytics and visualization.
Mr Sreenivas Prasad is the Academic Consultant and Corporate Trainer, Bengaluru. He is the Corporate Trainer for HP, Cisco, Genpact, Standard Chartered, HCL, iGate, TCS, GMR, Oman Air, IBM, Capgemini, etc. He is Also acting as an Advisor for Different universities. Sreenivas Sir shared the current scope and opportunities of cloud technology, How companies are recruiting students to cloud technology
And the steps students should take to choose it as a career.
Mr Sajith Jacob is the Associate Director of KPMG, Bengaluru and has a PhD in Finance. He is Skilled at developing Machine Learning models. Sajith sir explained about the opening for freshers in the data science field and the recent projects he has been involved in KPMG. The experiences he shared with the audience was inspirational.
Mr Lijo joy is the Senior System Engineer – Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Kuwait. The potential of RedHat Technologies in gulf countries and the opportunities of RedHat certifications were clearly explained by Lijo Sir.
Mr Sijo Thomas is an Academician and Consultant Software Architect at JSF & Django. He is a PhD Scholar in Artificial Intelligence. Sijo sir explained the importance of artificial intelligence and how it is incorporated in the latest developments.
We also had Dr. Mendus Jacob is the Director – MCA, Marian College, Kuttikanam as the Moderator throughout the event. He is an Academician and an Entrepreneur with 30 + years of experience. He is also the CEO of IT companies in India & UK
Dr Sunil job Sir is an academician with 25+ years of experience and proficiency in Teaching, Management and Service in the IT Industry. He is also a Specialist in Data Analytics and Machine Learning. Sunil sir shared his experiences in the field of Data Analytics, its future scope and demand.
Dr. Brijesh sir is an Academician and an International Trainer & Youtuber. Also the Founder & CEO – JobsBrij.com. He is the Chairman of Placement Officer’s Consortium in Kerala, head of ipsr jobs and placement cell in Marian College Kuttikkanam. Brijesh Sir explained about the opportunities in choosing Digital Marketing as a career. He also directed the freshers on how to self-prepare for a job.
Through this club, we intend to provide information regarding IT/ITes Job vacancies and notifications, Career guidance, Interactions with IT industry experts, etc. Through the session, it was evident that trendy technologies like Python, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Red Hat Linux, Cloud, AWS, DevOps, Containers, Automation, Networking, Digital Marketing, etc. have more scope and job opportunities these days. More than a Career Discussion, it became a platform where many job seekers and job providers met each other. 50+ vacancies were announced throughout the event.
