Chasing Up the Red Hat Cloud Certification #cloud
In line with the continuing identity change of Red Hat certification programs, Red Hat Inc. announces the introduction of new modules under Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenStack platforms.
Chasing up with the new offerings of Red Hat, IPSR solutions has laid foundation to deliver the the newly launched Cloud training courses. The most recent addition to this line up is Red Hat OpenShift Enterprise Linux Administration, Neutron Networking with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and High Availability with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform.
As in every Red Hat certifications, one must pass a hands-on practical examination that involves real-world tasks and scenarios, in order to achieve a Red Hat certification.
1. Red Hat OpenShift Enterprise Administration (CL280) –
This course is intended for Cloud administrators and/or System administrators who are implementing their own Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud computing environment using OpenShift Enterprise by Red Hat. You will learn how to deploy, configure, and maintain OpenShift Enterprise broker and OpenShift Enterprise node hosts, and you will learn how to deploy and manage applications in the OpenShift Enterprise cloud environment.
Duration of Training – 2 days.
2. Neutron Networking with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform (CL306) –
Systems Administrators and/or Cloud administrators who take CL306, the Neutron Networking with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform training acquire the skill sets needed to implement and maintain OpenStack deployments.
CL306 is a two-day course where students will first learn the basics of networking, routing, and bridging in Linux. And also one will learn how to install, configure, and use software-defined networks with Neutron on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform.
“Neutron Networking with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform (CL306) is for system administrators intending to implement a network with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform or Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform networking. This course provides a deeper dive into Neutron networking than our Red Hat OpenStack Administration (CL210) course.” – Red Hat. A Red Hat Certified System Administration (RHCSA) certification or an equivalent experience is considered to be the prerequisite for training in CL306
Duration of Training – 2 days.
3. High Availability with Red Hat OpenStack Linux Platform (CL332) –
To introduce in few words this course will basically delve deep into the high-availability features and tools one have learned in Red Hat OpenStack Linux Administration (CL210) course.
The High Availability with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform training course uses the top open source clustering and high-availability solutions in the market and provides a comprehensive plan to connect them with CL210, Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. One will implement each of the services in a highly available manner and test fail over scenarios. The trainees will use Corosync, Pacemaker, HAProxy and CMAN tools to implement cluster and other high-availability tools.
Hence Red Hat considers Deep knowledge of OpenStack services and their connectivity and Understanding of high-availability concepts and high-availability implementations as the basic prerequisite for High Availability training.
Duration of training – 2 days.
While we prepare to deliver the above courses from our International center in Kochi, Kerala, India very soon, we are currently processing emergency training requirements through our Bengaluru operations. Interested candidates can write to firstname.lastname@example.org, and registrations for training delivery from Bengaluru, India will be treated with immediate effect.
