160+ freshers got placed in leading MNCs in the last 3 months.!
More than 110+ students who’ve done various courses from IPSR got placed in leading IT companies. Thus, a total of more than 160+ students got placed through IPSR in the first quarter of 2015.!
The long list of clients for IPSR includes many leading companies in the IT industry. Dell, Reliance, Accenture, UST global, Poornam info vision, Geojit, Allianz Cornhill, syntrio Technologies, metclouds Technologies, vinam solutions, Aspire Technologies, Nocme Technologies, Ideamine Technologies, Technologies, Thinkpalm Technologies, etc. are the names of a few clients, who made use of the IPSR career-centre to find better employees, in the first quarter of 2015.
The IT Finishing School program (ITFS) has made a remarkable achievement during this time period. This is mainly because of the fact that besides coding and programing skills, companies keep looking for communication skills and aptitude in the applicants; which, a normal student from our colleges lacks. Even though they are having very high skills in programing and coding area, they fail at the very first stage itself; the aptitude test.
ITFS provides support for the students, who are from various streams rather than IT/CS. This includes communication skill development, aptitude training and a lot more. Every time, more than 90% of the students, who attends the drive gets placed in various leading IT companies. Besides these, students who are facing problems with career gaps, arrears, change in steam, etc. who finds it harder to get placed in a company, makes use of the ITFS programme and gets placed in the top companies.!
This time, around 91% of the ITFS students who’ve attended the drive during the time period of January – March, (2015) found themselves a seat in the leading IT companies mentioned above.!
In the second quarter of 2015 With exclusive ‘summer placement weeks’ on its way, with placement drive from more than 50+ IT companies, including 3 among the top 5 IT companies in India; Its certain that in the second quarter of 2015, the figure would definitely go up.
