My career and life are intricately intertwined, driven by a profound passion for Mathematics and its applications that began early in life. This passion led me to pursue an MPhil in Mathematics from MG University, Kerala. My professional journey commenced as a Lecturer in Mathematics at the College of Applied Science, Kottayam.During this time, I married Dr. Mendus Jacob, an academician, visionary, and the CEO of Ipsr Solutions Ltd. This partnership sparked my entrepreneurial spirit. ipsr solutions limited, established in 2000, specialises in providing training in software and networking courses. I joined the company as a Course Administrator at its head office. As a start-up, my role transcended traditional job boundaries. I managed administrative tasks, conducted market research, identified emerging job trends, and engaged with trainees to understand their passions, helping them chart their career paths through counseling and mentoring.To further enhance my expertise, I obtained certifications in RHCE and advanced my knowledge with higher modules of Red Hat certifications such as RHCVA and RHCSS. This enabled me to educate and guide trainees more effectively.With a strong resource of 20+ Red Hat Certified trainers, we have achieved the distinction of producing the highest number of Red Hat Professionals globally.
