Job description:
- Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone.
- Coordinate with the client and the team.
- Monitor the servers.
- Obtain client feedback.
- Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls.
- Forward reboot request to NOC on demand.
- Attend all incoming calls to the company.
- Library Management.

Salary details:

Rs.6500/- per month + Food and Accommodation + Medical insurance worth Rs. 1,00,000/- per year for self and 2 dependents
