Eligibility Criteria & Payment Offer:
First class professional Graduates (B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A as well as MBA Graduates 2005,2006, 2007 & 2008 Batches).
1. This position is open for all branches of Management / Engineering.
2. You may be posted at anywhere in India.
3. During their Training period, you will be trained in related fields of Shriram like Operations/ Administration / Finance etc.
4. Selected candidates will be paid CTC of Rs.1.4 lakh p.a. during training period. After successful completion of the training, you will be absorbed as Asst.Managers or Asst.Branch Managers. Candidates Posted at Delhi/Mumbai will be paid a CTC of 1.8 Lakhs p.a.
5. You will be entitled for statutory benefits like PF, Bonus and Gratuity as applicable.
