Position: Software Programmer Trainees

Venue: Santhigiri College of Computer Sciences,
           Vazhithala, Thodupuzha.

Date: 21st March 2009, Saturday.  

Educational Qualification:
MCA/B.Tech /BE (CSE/IT only) with 65% aggregate marks
2008 pass out only

Perquisites:
* Young, dynamic fresh engineers with good technical knowledge in C/C++. 
* Good knowledge in Physics and Mathematics concepts, Neural Network 
   and Algorithms preferred.. 
*  Good command over English (both oral and written) 
*  Ability to meet the deadlines. 
*  Good team player. 
*  Should have a Laptop. 
*  Willingness to sign a bond for a period of 1 year 3 months.

Nature of Work
Software product development, Development of various components / plug-ins for our own existing products, testing and debugging, Documentation and Demo Videos, Program Certification, launching of the products to the market, Search Engine Optimization, Marketing.

Job Duration
Minimum 1 Year, 3 Months.After the training period (3 Months without salary) if found suitable the candidate will be placed in our client projects. Good performers will be rewarded with stipend during this training period.

Salary
Rs. 4000 (Basic 2000 + HRA 2000) + Other allowances.

Selection Process 
* Technical aptitude test (C, C++, Computer Science, General Mathematics and Physics Concepts)
* Technical Interview (2 Rounds) 
* HR Interview
