Provides technical advice and trouble shooting for web hosting customers on web site hosting, design, domain name management etc.
Skill Set competence:
Should be familiar with hosting, web servers, DNS, domain, email, web design, PHP, MySQL, hosting control panel, Linux, etc.. Should have very good written communication skills. Should be available for 3 shifts to provide 24X 7 customer support.
Educational qualification
BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc /BCA/ MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or Electronics
RHCE is a plus
Good Linux knowledge is a must
