Diploma in any Computer/Electronics related Branches.
Should have at least 60% mark for 2008 batch.
2009 Batch students should have 60% marks till results known.

Skills Required:
Good English communication capabilities.
Troubleshooting capabilities in computer systems.
Basic exposure to Linux work stations and networks.
A certification in Hardware or Electronics troubleshooting will be an added advantage
Selection Procedures:
1) Written Test:
The written communication ability of the candidates will be evaluated.
2) Technical/HR round:
Interview will be conducted only for the shortlisted candidates at Kochi
Pay Package :
Salary offered - 6500 + food and accommodation + Other perks
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing all the technical infrastructure systems in Kochi and US offices is the job profile of an Internal Systems Administrator. Also includes;
Computer and Network Hardware Management
Computer and Network Software Management
Ensuring 100% availability of power supply and optimal temperature to all production systems.
Availability of telecommunication systems using local providers and VOIP on a 24/7 .
Other general terms of employment:
Poornam is 24/7 company and it is 6 day working. The weekly off may not be on
Sunday, will depend upon the team requirement.
The selected candidates have to work in night shift also. One shift will last for two weeks.
Normal shift hours are;
07:00am to 3:00pm
3:00pm to 11:00pm
11:00pm till 07:00am
There will be a 6 months service agreement with all the employees. If the candidate leaves during the initial 6 months he/she has to pay back 6 months salary to the company.
The employee has to submit the original degree and matriculation certificate at the time of joining. That will be returned at the time of relieving. If there is any urgency, the same will be returned back with the support of a written letter.
The company will provide with food and accommodation for all the employees
