The program will be concluded in several rounds
Who all can participate??
-
Students who are passing out in 2011 and 2012.

Students pursuing BCA, B-Tech, B. Sc Computer Science, B. Sc Electronics, B. Sc IT,MCA, M. Sc Computer Science, M. Sc IT, can participate in the IPSR Talent Genie programs.

Students should be nominated from their concerned departments.
Sessions
Various levels of evaluation will be incorporated in the programme. Students will be evaluated based on their attitude, aptitude, general awareness. Soft skills etc...
1st Round will be a full day program.
Timing: 9.30am - 4.30pm
Late comers will not be entertained

Who all can participate??
Students shortlisted from the first round can participate in the second round
Sessions
This level will evaluate the candidate based on their skill sets, both technical as well as soft skills. More focus will be given for placement related skills and the candidate is exposed to rigorous evaluation processes

Various evaluations rounds are proposed for those students who get selected from 1st two rounds
It may consist of Participatory activities, Life enhancement programmes, general awareness tests, One-to-one interviews and a host of other surprise events.
After the first round evaluations students will be grouped down into Senior and Junior depending upon their branch of study. B-Tech, MCA, M.Sc students will be gathered into Senior group and other degree students (B.Sc, BCA) will beaccumulated to Junior group.
